    Hello, I have the same problem. After disabling and enabling BoxTrapper for that email account, the problem is solved. But after a while she again repeated. Previously, the problem of this kind has not been observed. Apparently the reason in new stable version of 11.46.1.4. How can solve this problem? Thanks.

    Internal case number 137797 is open to address this issue. Per it's description: If you send an email from a client that uses encodings such as ISO-8895-15 or ISO-2022-JP that contains special characters in the subject Box Trapper breaks and does not send verification emails and the messages are never delivered.
    There's currently no specific time frame available on when a resolution will be published, but you can monitor our change log for the case number: cPanel - Change Log Thank you.
