MySQL databases missing but they exist in phpadmin

    this is what added mysqls back to cpanel: To resolve this, I used the Database Mapping Tool, in WHM >> SQL Services, to add these databases and the database user to the cPanel account. I then added the database user to all the databases from within cPanel account.

    Sounds like a permission problem. I would just import each database and assign a new user. Do this from the client side panel under backups.
