    Hello :) If it's legitimate mail that's queued then you can modify the following options for the account using the "Modify an Account" option in WHM: Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour You should also modify these values for the package assigned to the account. Thank you.
