problem in renaming account username
Hi, i'm trying (for the first time) to rename an account username from user1 to user2.
I've changed the username in modify user page, pressed save and got an error abour postgress not running and missing pg_hba.conf.
I dont use postgress, but in order to continue, i 've enabled postgress, created the conf and users.
Next i got an error about user portal_local that couldnt connect (cant remember exactly the error), read some articles and changed some permissions on the pg_hba.conf file.
Now when i save i get a:
API failure: You do not control a MySQL user named "user1".
There isnt any db user with that name, users for my dbs are user1_db1, user1_db2 etc.
Is there anything i can do (i have many renames to do), instead of uncheck the "Rename prefixed databases and database users." and then manually change the database names?
Thank you in advance,

Hello :) Please let us know the version of cPanel installed on your system: cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Also, does this issue persist on additional accounts? Thank you.0 -

Contact your system administrator. I went to users cpanel and clicked the Synchronize Grants in postress button. Then i tried to rename again the account and i get a : API failure: You do not control a MySQL user named "elenascr". my database is elenascr_db (elenascr is the username) The version is : cat /usr/local/cpanel/version 11.46.0.17 Thank you. 0 -

To update, this was resolved after moving the root postgres user entry to the top of the /root/.pgpass file. Internal case number 143773 has been opened to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you. 0 -
