IP change did not work

Hi all, I'm having trouble with changing my websites IP address via WHM. I did this about a week ago and still the /https://www.example.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi is showing. I was told that it could take a few days (to update DNS records) but it's been more than a week now. Did I do something wrong? I appreciate any help. Thanks, Jack

  Hello :) Does the domain name resolve to the correct IP address? If so, try running the following command:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
