We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Please see the following article for more information and updates:
Update to latest cPanel 110, 126, or 128 versions removes "addonfeatures" directory.

    Not working I tried both url /http://IP:2086 /https://IP:2086 /http://IP:2087 /https://IP:2087 but not usefull these ports are not blocked in my firewalls but still getting error page cannot be displayed

    Have you tried accessing from an alternate connection or computer to rule out any local/ISP firewall restrictions? Thank you.

    Hello, I think you have not enable all cpanel port through your aws.amazon.com panel due to that you are getting issues, Please check that through your AWS panel and try to enable it.

    yes I configured security group and add port 2086 2087 and 2082 and allow access from anywhere. I did that. but problem was not because of security group I think. and it is weird when I ping public IP as well as Private IP but its says Request timed out. I not able to figure out whats happening
