Restricted contact list for email accounts
Hello,
I have a question please,
i have 10 mail users on .example.com
if i wanted to restrict only two of them to not be able to send emails to any other domain name other than example.com
How can i do that ? or is it even possible ?
To elaborate more ,
say i have the following email accounts
a@example.com
b@example.com
c@example.com
d@example.com
i do not want a@example.com to send any email UNLESS it's directed to other users [ b, c, d ] @ example.com
so if he tried to send email to test@gmail.com it will fail .
Thank you :)

Hello, You can set forwarder without creating email account for a@example.com. Using Forwarder option you can forward those email to other user. Thanks 0 -
Hello server9host , Can you please explain more ? And also, the fact is that there is actually an email account a@example.com .. 0 -
Hello :) There are no native options that allow you to restrict which domain names that individual email accounts can send to. You could submit a feature request for this via: Submit A Feature Request I'll leave this thread open in-case other users can think of a viable workaround with Exim that would allow for this. Thank you. 0
