Update: I have created a user filter, exactly looking as the account level one, not sure if this will change anything but ill add the information as soon as another incoming batch of spam arrive, which is going to happen anytime soon

It seems the amount of spam passing has decreased (but im not sure yet), so far only this has made it X-Spam-Level: ********* X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=9.2 required=3.0 tests=BAYES_99,BAYES_999, HTML_IMAGE_RATIO_06,HTML_MESSAGE,MIME_HTML_ONLY,RCVD_IN_BRBL_LASTEXT, RDNS_NONE,SPF_PASS,T_REMOTE_IMAGE,URIBL_DBL_SPAM shortcircuit=no autolearn=spam version=3.3.2 How come nobody from the cpanel team is interested in this? There is a problem with filters, im not an expert but im betting on it

Hello :) Please have your hosting provider submit a support ticket to us if they are not willing to help you directly. We will need access to your system in order to take a closer look. Thank you.

Hello Michael Well my hosting company (Bluehost) wont do it and they just blamed Spamassassin for not being that robust and that having a rule of marking an email as spam if score is 3 and also a account level filter to discard emails with a score of 7+ was the problem since they are conflicting (no seriously they said this to me). I told them to open a ticket at cpanel as you said but they said no, so here i am, lost.

Have you checked with them to see if there are any alternatives they can suggest to help reduce SPAM on your account? Thank you.

Nop, i was told it is "an spamassassin problem" and GTFO, in kind words, so i had to work out a different solution :)

You may need to consult with other hosting providers to see if they can offer solutions that your existing provider can not. Thank you.
