MySQL 5.1 -> 5.6 upgrade failed

    Hello :) I would suggest you to check whith MySQL packages are installed on your server and remove the unneeded rpms manually and then try to upgrade again. rpm -qa |grep MYSQL rpm -e Multiple MySQL servers got installed on your machine which is causing the conflict. You can also try running below command: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
