Problem with jailed shell

Hi, I'm using WHM 11.46.0 (build 17) and have configured one user to use the jailed shell. Now, when that user logs in, the following error messages are displayed:
Can't locate strict.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at /usr/local/share/perl5/local/lib.pm line 3. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/share/perl5/local/lib.pm line 3. Compilation failed in require. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted. Only the default login scripts run for that user. What's the problem? Thanks
