Optimize dedicated server for Joomla

I have a dedicated server that I am moving my Joomla/Community Builder site to this week. I would like help with optimizing it for PHP & MySQL plus adding pagespeed. The server is with Fasthosts in the UK Operating System: Linux CentOS 6 64 bit

  To optimize apache, php and mysql you have to go with server optimizing companies. You can optimize mysql with mysqltunner script but as per server traffic you have to optimize apache and compile it properly with PHP.
