Webmail Not Load Properly
Hello, anyone know how to resolve this -> after login, webmail not load properly and always logout.

Hello, I think there is an issues with your local end. Please try to access it from different ISP and if you are still getting this same issues then check your cPanel error logs file on your server 0 -

Thank you Michael & 24x7server All my clients from different ISP get this issue, i investigate and found: if go via domain url: http://clientdomain.com/webmail it will redirect to webmail login : https://clientdomain.com:2096 Login Page looks fine, but after login, all images in webmail broken / css is missing. but if go via server IP, https://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/webmail Webmail works fine.. my client doesn't have https protocol, i have no idea how to fix it or redirect their clientdomain.com/webmail to /https://myserverIP/webmail0 -

This shouldn't matter, but you can change the redirection settings under the "Redirection" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings" so that it redirects requests to the "Hostname" or "SSL Certificate Name". Let us know if that helps. Thank you.0 -

It sounds like you are using CloudFlare nameservers with this domain, which can cause issues with cPanel session files. IIRC, CloudfFlare offers a direct link to bypass it, 'direct.domain.com/webmail'. Regards,0
