Issue after 11.46 upgrade

I do notice that since I upgraded cPanel yesterday to 11.46 I get these errors with PiWiK, I have my memory set to 512MB and have not had this issue prior to this.
ERROR CoreConsole[2014-11-21 01:25:18] [70d7a] Got invalid response from API request: http://piwikdomain.com/index.php?mod...ger=archivephp. The response was empty. This usually means a server error. This solution to this error is generally to increase the value of 'memory_limit' in your php.ini file. Please check your Web server Error Log file for more details. ERROR CoreConsole[2014-11-21 01:25:18] [70d7a] The Piwik URL http://piwikdomain.com/index.php does not seem to be pointing to a Piwik server. Response was ''.

  Hello :), What is your server configuration? like RAM, PHP version. Also have you set the memory_limit to higher in php.ini? Thanks.

  Hello :) Have you tried temporarily disabling the memory limit in your php.ini file? Note that the cPanel update should not have altered any PHP or Apache configuration values. Thank you.
