Lost User Priviledges To Mysql Databases

I would like to ask why cpanel sometimes loses user information to databases. That happened to me this morning and it scared me. The database was still there and I was able to get help from the hosting company to create the user again although I have no idea what he did.

  I guess it's a little too late to ask you to check if the user was assigned to the database? It could have been a multiple number of factors that caused this. Not including the fact that your host may have done a server restore to a point just before the point that you added a user to your database... Without more information, there isn't much help any of us here are able to give you. Sorry!

  Hello :) This is likely an issue that will need to be addressed by your hosting provider. You should report this issue to them so they can check to see why it's happening. Thank you.
