Receiving eMail Notifications from reseller actions

Hi, I'm a root of a cPanel/WHM System. We sell reseller accounts on this system. We can recordnize on one of your reseller a strange phenomena. Every time when he creates a package, account or updates any package or account of him, we as root get eMail notifications of this process to our root contact address which is registered in "Basic Settings" of WHM. The Resseler has an account as resseler owned by himself. He has only his own email address as contact email address listed in his package configurations. All other Resellers don't have this problem. The privileges of all resellers are the same. Has anybody experince with that? thanks in advance Faruk

  Not sure I properly understand the issue, but have you checked your Alert Destinations, here? Home " Server Contacts " Contact Manager
