  Check whether your server IP is blacklisted in any spam-house. You can check it in mxtoolbox site. Further, provide us the complete header of the mail so that we can tell you the exact reason.

  Hello :) Were there any SPAM characteristics in the email that you sent? Are SPF/DKIM records configured for the domain name? Is RDNS enabled for the IP address used for sending email? Thank you.
