Our website certificates work fine in Chrome & IE, Firefox reports: "This Connection is Untrusted You have asked Firefox to connect securely to katy.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure....." Technical Details: The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. The error code is: sec_error_unknown_issuer Google takes me to:

  Solved it. Turns out if you install via cpanel user panel, there is no obvious (to me) way to provide a Certificate Authority Bundle. Via WHM you are able to provide the ca_bundle the ca_bundle incorporates Intermediate CA certificate - whatever that is.

  Hello :) You should be able to upload the CRT file that your SSL issuer provides when installing through the cPanel interface. It typically includes the CABundle by default. Thank you.
