Reinstall SSL Certificate From Shell

I just did a mistake (due to lack of good sleep and rushing)... I deleted my shared SSL, it was the main shared SSL and now I can't use :2083, :2087, nothing at all. I always get 401 code. How can I reinstall it from SHELL (as I can't login on cPanel anymore). TIA!

  No joy still. Checked httpd.conf and all is fine. :(

  Fixed. It was just cphulk went crazy on me.
