cPanel updates will fail due to a lack of available space in the /usr partition. This is discussed on the following thread: The last attempt to update cPanel/WHM Failed Thank you.

    Re: /tmp emopty but /tmpDSK Full ??? No kidding. As you can see tmpDSK is in /usr and it is FULL. That's why I'm asking WHY tmpDSK is full, that's WHY I created this thread.... If it wasn't full then /USR would have enough room.... I've already done a lot to free up space... Current Disk Usage Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/sda2 9.9G 626M 8.8G 7% / tmpfs 16G 0 16G 0% /dev/shm /dev/sda1 99M 82M 12M 88% /boot /dev/sda8 243G 28G 203G 13% /home /dev/sda3 9.9G 7.4G 2.1G 79% /usr /dev/sda5 9.9G 4.6G 4.8G 49% /var /usr/tmpDSK 2.0G 68M 1.9G 4% /tmp

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
