Create a new account in WHM with another IP address

Hi, :confused: Forgive me if its sounds a little naive, I want to create a new account (i.e. another website) on the WHM called old.website.com and then I want to move (migrate) the primary (website.com) website to the old.website.com account and then move (migrate) the dev.website.com to the primary website. But I don't know how to create a new account in the WHM sharing another IP, when I do create a new account I receive an error "failed, there is no more available IP's" but I have seen you can create more then one account (website) on one IP, how do you do that?   Hello :) Ensure you are not selecting a package for this new account that includes a dedicated IP address. Thank you.
