Awstats not update

Unable to view Awstats status, Any idea about what's going on?

  You can update the status manually from cpanel or SSH /home/username/tmp/awstats edit file awstats.username.conf and search for AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser and replace 0 with 1 and from the browser then you can update the stats manually. If you are having server access then check cron service is running

  Hello :) Are you using Apache or an alternate third-party web server? Check to see if your Apache domlogs are populated with new data when you visit your websites (/usr/local/apache/domlogs). Thank you.
