Email with authentication

CENTOS 6.6 x86_64 standard " server WHM 11.46.0 (build 17) Hi there. Our server is currently rejecting our SharePoint outgoing emails with the following error message: 2014-12-03 09:41:00 H=(TSSERVER) [IPADDRESS]:57319 rejected MAIL : Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1) I have added the static IP address to the following without success: Sender verification bypass IP addresses Only-verify-recipient Trusted SMTP IP addresses I have also added helo_accept_junk_hosts = lsearch;/etc/helo_accept_junk_hosts where helo_accept_junk_hosts contains the IP address but I'm still unable to solve this problem. The version of Sharepoint that we are currently using does not allow me to specify a password for the SMTP account, just simply the mail server and the email address.   Hello :) You must authenticate with a valid username/password in order to send email via SMTP. Thank you.
