emails users after successful backup

Hello How can I send email to all users after a successful backup and if there are any errors during backup those error too ? Please assist.

  Server Admin gets backup complete emails when system backups run. cPanel users get backup complete emails when they backup their own accounts via their own cPanel. I don't believe there is way for all cPanel users to get an email from the system backups.
