Subdomain doesn't work

Hi, I have problem with one subdomain on our server. the subdomain is support.domain.gr. and give back cgi error. if i use

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on the specific error message you are encountering? Do you notice any output to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  Hi Michael, In my log file for this subdomain its say: [Mon Dec 08 12:03:13 2014] [error] [client 62.38.110.63] File does not exist: /home/wideserv/public_html/support/support [Mon Dec 08 12:03:13 2014] [error] [client 62.38.110.63] File does not exist: /home/wideserv/public_html/support/404.shtml But the problem is that the documents root for this subdomain is /home/wideserv/public_html/support/ i checked it after i shaw the error.   Do you have any .htaccess files in the public_html directory that could be redirecting the subdomain to an alternate location/URL? Thank you.

  Check the DNS of the domain. I have checked the DNS of the domain is having error first of all I will suggest you to resolve the main domain DNS issue. Currently your maine domain is not pointing anywhere because of that your subdomain is also not working.
