DNS resolving for some users but not others

I have setup cPanel and use the following nameservers ns1.example.com ns2.example.com I've setup registered these nameservers with my domain provider. The domain having issues is example.com (works for me, but not the client and Cloudflare isn't detecting anything DNS wise when I tested to see if it could pull the IP, nameservers etc. It seems domains are resolving for some internet service providers but some of them aren't resolving and can't find the IP address. Is there anything I'm missing? I did a DNS issue check and it came back as follows Contact your DNS provider for assistance. Listening on port 80 DNS Servers ns1.example.com IPv4 Not Found ns1.example.com IPv6 Not Found ns2.example.com IPv4 Not Found ns2.example.com IPv6 Not Found example.com IPv4 Not Found example.com IPv6 Not Found
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks for taking time to read this.

  Hello :) Have you created an account for this domain name? If so, does it make a difference if you delete and re-create the DNS Zone via WHM (ensure you save any custom entries to the zone). Thank you.
