Time Scheduled Email Auto Responders

I know it is possible via my host's Cpanel to add an AutoResponder in an email account AND have the Auto Responder start at a certain date/time and end at a certain date/time. Is it possible to set this AutoResponder to repeat itself say every 24 hours? Essentially what i am trying to do is create a Server based Auto Reply for any emails sent to an account past a certain time. For example if a customer sent me an email after 5:00pm they would receive an auto reply saying "Sorry but we are out of the office...". However, any emails that came in between 8:00am and 5:00pm would not trigger the auto reply. P.S. I know Outlook and OWA could do this with a custom VBA script, but I am hoping to catch the emails at the server level rather than the client level. Thanks!
