What does it mean "exceeded the max defers and failures per hour (5/5 (25%)) allowed"

  Hello :) Per this option's description: The maximum percentage of a domain"s outgoing mail that can consist of failed or deferred messages. Once the domain exceeds this percentage, it is temporarily blocked from sending mail. Thank you.

  Then how to fix this issue ? Just remove the file from "email_send_limits/" ? is it a good solution ?

  You can temporarily increase or remove the limit for the account via: "WHM Home " Account Functions " Modify an Account" Note that this functionality is documented here: Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour Thank you.
