Remote server cant connect WHM via SSL

Hello, im using WHMCS billing system to create, suspend cpanel accounts and today WHMCS begin to fail connect WHM server via SSL (only) non SSL access works. I made sure 2086 and 2087 is open on whmcs and whm server and also server IPs are whitelisted and not banned. Please which error log i need to watch while attempting connection from WHMCS billing system? i tried cpanel error/access log but found no related error thx

  Hello :) Are you able to actively reproduce the issue? Do you notice any errors in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  Hello, I'm sure there any issues with the firewall. Try to add WHM port in TCP OUT on the WHMCS server and check this. Also you can test the ssl connection by stopping firewall on your both server.

  24x7server: TCP OUT is already set to WHM ports on both servers, stopping firewall on WHM server i tried but i dont have rights to stop firewall on WHMCS server. But thanks for idea. PS: when using non secure (non ssl) connection (an setting in WHMCS/Products/Servers/myserver) connection WORKS. So not sure why SSL connection i issue. When in WHM/Tweak settings i enforce SSL remote connections, it stop connecting.
