We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Please see the following article for more information and updates:
Update to latest cPanel 110, 126, or 128 versions removes "addonfeatures" directory.

    cPanel is always on top of these sorts of things. RACK911Labs, poster at your link, and many others, do report these sorts of things directly to cPanel as well. You'll note this in the Security Announcements posted here: [url=http://forums.cpanel.net/cpanel-announcements.html]cPanel Announcements From what I can see by the links in that thread, this seems to have been first posted, yesterday, Dec. 8. You can expect cPanel to take corrective actions here with this as soon as possible.

    RedHat's bug tracker indicates that RedHat and CentOS 5, 6, and 7 aren't vulnerable to this issue. cPanel uses the SSL libraries provided by RedHat and CentOS. You can find more information here:
