New website, sometimes a bluehost holding page shown

Hi Just put up a new website and mostly things seem fine. The only issue is that on a very sporadic basis rather than the normal website page a user gets a bluehost holding page. It's really hard to repeat this issue and seems to only occur once for that client (but this is not proven). It affects different browser types. Has anybody experience of this issue or seen it before ?

  Hello :) I suggest using a website such as IntoDNS to verify the domain name uses the correct name servers. Also, to clarify, are you a BlueHost reseller or was it the previous hosting provider for this domain name? Thank you.
