[Case 139837] Creating routines doesnt work for me anymore.

Creating routines doesnt work for me anymore. Yesterday it works, but from today it is giving the error "You don't have necessary privilege to create a routine" Note: this morning there were yellow exclaminations in front of the databases, I Googled and found a solution, delete the browser cache. But the routines aren't working.. help please! Willem (from Holland)

  I don't understand that exactly, I openend your link did control+F "139837" but didn't get a match. I'm sorry for bothering you.. Thank you!
