Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when an attempt to load the image occurs? Thank you.

Checked /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log but didn't find any errors related to the images that should be loaded.

]Hello, We have 2 servers that contain customers who have Facebook profiles with images loaded from our servers. Images from one server load and show properly while images from the other are blank. I checked apache configurations and do not see differences including gzip and not gripping images. Anyone encounter this issue? Thanks!

Could you please clarify this a bit more? A user on server1, has an image at domain.com/images/happyhappy.jpg and pastes the proper link to it, into a post on facebook, and it shows up fine. The other user on server2, does the same exact thing from otherdomain.com/myfacebookimages/sadsadsad.jpg and when he does, the image doesn't show up on facebook. Is that about right? Could Leech Protection be enabled? Are you able to disable the .htaccess (if its being used for something) on that account for a few minutes to have them test? Not sure what else it might be, cPanel related. Do you have a public post both users could post to for an example to look at?

So, I found that CSF had firewal blocking rules for nearly all the facebook netblocks. The one domain that I was checking on the failing server did not have leech protect enabled. I am working on a sample to post here as I do not own the sites on the server. That being said, would anyone know why the facebook netblocks would be getting blocked? It says they were blocked for 4 or more blocks. Thanks!

You might check the emails from CSF to find a bit more details. When each got blocked, CSF would have fired an email at you. Depending on your settings of course.
