new vps, installing cpanel, centos release-6-6.el6.centos.12.2.x86_64, using KVM -- had no problems with openvz, went to kvm and get the above error Any ideas where I am screwing up?

  Hello :) Are you using any third-party firewalls on this server (E.g. SonicWall)? Also, have you checked to ensure there is enough disk space ("df -h" command) to complete the installation? Thank you.
