My web cPanel missing theme

Hello, I updated cPanel to latest version, but my problem doesn't fixed. When I logon to my /http://domain/webmail show me ( see attached file). Could you someone help me?

  Try clearing your browsers cache to see if it helps. If it doesn't, you might try forcing another update to your cPanel.

  It doesn't help. How to update? Last time I used script\upcp.
