httpd service keeps crashing & getting very weird notices

hi, i am unsure but i have been receiving notice and warnings from my server. apache for some reason crashed but always recovers and it is starting to get very annoying..

    Hello :) Do you notice any additional information in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log before Apache restarts? Thank you.
