Setting up name servers and IP addresses

Need to get something straight in my mind. I ordered a cloud server and I just need to know if this is the correct way of setting things up. It comes with WHM and CPanel I have been given three ip addresses Step 1) Using WHM I have set the hostname up cloud.mydomainco.uk and that has been assigned an IP address Step 2) I presume I assign the other two ips addresses to ns1 and ns2 and add A records using WHM ns1.mydomain.co.uk ns2.mydomain.co.uk Step 3) With that done, in Cpanel I create a new account for mydomain.co.uk Step 4) After this I goto my domain name registrars at 123reg where mydomain.co.uk is registered I set the nameserver and IP address to those that where set up in step 2 ns1.mydomain.co.uk {IP Address} ns2.mydomain.co.uk {IP Address} Steo 5) I wait, I can then access the webspace at

  Thank you for confirming. I have always set domains up by just entering the DNS and not set up nameservers before.
