import mails to cPanel

* I do not have root access on old server * Old server is running H-Sphere * New server is runnning cPanel * I need mails from old H-Sphere server imported into new cPanel server * I do have root access on new cPanel server Also, I cannot use fetchmail in Horde because as of 5.1.1 Horde, fetchmail is gone.
