Installation on XEN VPS error

hello, I am manually installing cPanel on a XEN VPS but i got error. here is the last few lines:

and cPanel is not installed. I attempted it twice already but the same error. Any idea why is this? This is the first time i encountered such.

  Have you checked the docs it mentions?

  Yes I went there, but there's no mention there about md5 error.
