How to Block incoming email address server-wide.

Hello All, Can anyone let me know how to block an incoming email address server-wide? Its sending spam emails to all the domains on the server. I found an old thread, but not found exact options in new cPanel. /http://forum.ahosting.net/f15/how-manually-block-reject-emails-domain-exim-662.html Please advice.
