setting up fallback server

I want to create a fallback server (files and mailserver) (of 1 or more vps) on a server in a different country so different datacenter and all. Best if it makes incremental updates of files that have changed only. Is this possible to do through WHM and if so, do i need a copy of whm to do this on both machines?

  Hello :) cPanel currently supports clustering for DNS purposes only. There is support to host your databases on a remote MySQL server, however beyond that, there are no native options that allow for management of services across multiple servers. I recommend searching our forums for "mirroring" and "high availability" for custom solutions that other users may have implemented. There are lots of discussions about the best ways to do this.
