how to prevent your site from downloading using grabber

Hello recently of my site completely grabbed and donwloaded by someone using grabber software. When I searched I found some application like IDM web2disk httracker which can easily download enter site without knowing admin or owner. is there any way to prevent this ?

  This isn't really an issue with your cPanel of course. You'll find lots of details and ways to try and prevent some of this sort of thing by asking the same question you're asking here, on google instead.
