Addon Domain Additions issue
When I try to add an addon domain to the cPanel account I'm getting an error message:
Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
It is so strange becasue I was able to add same domain to different server but with the Virualmin. Addon domain currently is pointed to different hosting company till "new" location will be ready to deploy. Any clue why cPanel has problem to handle it:confused: Thanks

Hello :) You can temporarily enable the "Allow Remote Domains" option under the "Domains" tab in "Tweak Settings" before attempting to add the domain name. Remember to disable it after adding the domain name because it's not a good security practice to allow that behavior. Thank you. 0
