SpamAssassin whitelisting appears to not work?
One of my clients has been getting a freight train load of spam. 1 of the things I needed to do in order to tame that is to whitelist domains from which he receives mail. So I whitelist *.bankdomainname.com in the 'Configure Spam Assassin' portion of CPanel. I would expect to see a USER_IN_WHITELIST in the email header, but it's not there, &, in fact, the email is redirected to the spam folder. This is occurring for more than 1 whitelisted domain.
Anyone have any ideas as to what may be up?
