Problem with cPanel

Hi there After installing the C panel and hit the following command [PHP] service cpanel restart [/PHP]
Stopping cPanel log services: Stopping cPanel Chat services: [FAILED] Stopping cPanel ssl services: Waiting for (?^:^(?:stunnel$|stunnel-[0-9\.]+local)) to shutdown ... not running. [ OK ] Stopping mailman services: Shutting down Mailman's master qrunner PID unreadable in: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid' Is qrunner even running? mailmanctl: no process killed [FAILED] Starting cPanel services: Waiting for cpsrvd,cpsrvd-ssl,whostmgrd,cpaneld,webmaild to shutdown ... not running. Starting cpsrvd.
These errors are displayed hears What is the reason?

  Hi, You stated that you just installed cPanel, but you issued a command to restart it. It was likely not running prior as it was just installed. A restart stops the service then starts it. If the processes is not running and you issue a command to stop it, you should expect similar output. Thanks,

  I think op is talking about the [FAILED]'s cPanel Chat services disabled (the default setting is disabled) Mailman disabled perfectly normal if the 2 are disabled

  Hello, What dalem posted above is correct. It's normal to see the word "FAILED" on some of the services since they should not be running. Can you go to:
  https://xx.xx.xx.xx:2087
  (replace xx.xx.xx.xx with your IP address) and log in with the root user name and password? If so, then all should be working just fine.

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=2478: host mta5.am0.yahoodns.net [63.250.192.46]: 421 4.7.1 [TS03] All messages from 5.**.**.* will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. What is the reason?

  This error mostly occurs when yahoo is rejecting emails from your server. Have a check at
