Disable Secondary Mailserver function WHM

Hi Today I noticed that two customers had opted to leave our server a secondary mail spooler service, on moving their mail to a separate 3rd party mail service. The affect of this is that our server then collects all the undeliverable junk mail in it's queue, and therefore is not a desirable option to have on a production mail server. (If customers do require a secondary mail server, we provide that on a separate machine designed for that purpose) Is there an option to disable this facility? Thanks

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on exactly what type of configuration you want to disable? For instance, how can we reproduce this behavior? Thank you.

  to me it sounds, that junk mail is for emails, that are being sent from or through your server. E.g. either from webscripts or your customers are still using your server as "outgoing mail server". Did you set, that domain is "remote" (you can do it in Edit-DNS script). This still will fill up your queue, if your server is originating server and destination server does not accept those bounce-backs. You should find the source for those emails. Could you post email header?
