Need to validate my server SSL

I received some emails from the server informing me that the SSL's for CPanel, Exim, FTP and Dovecot are due to expire in the next 30 days. Up till now I have been using a Self-Signed SSL which isn't ideal because it triggers browser warnings. I decided to buy an SSL certificate but the email activation options for Rapid SSL are admin@myserver.com, postmaster@myserver etc. All server email addresses other than root@myserver.com get rejected so how do I activate this? There are no alternative activation options with this SSL. Any ideas?

  Hello, Can you create a forwarder for one of the other activation emails (such as admin) to forward to root? That would be the best way to accomplish this. Depending on which CA you are using, some may have alternative methods of verification.
