Mirroring CPanel servers

I currently have CPanel cloud server with an OnApp powered provider and was wondering if it is possible to have a mirrored server solution like the one described on this picture:

  Hello, Have you searched the forums here? Because this topic comes up often and there are a number of posts asking the same and some with solutions. This is not natively built into cPanel (the software), and requires additional setup and configuration in Linux.
