Disable ability to delete emails from the server unless you are a reseller or server admin

I want to know if it is possible to remove the option to delete an email from the server unless you are either a server admin or a reseller. An alternative would be to forward all deleted mail to a separate inbox if that would be possible?

  Hello :) There are no native features that will prevent authenticated users from deleting individual emails. Have you considered using the "Email Archiving" feature? It's documented here: Email Archiving Thank you.
