jquery.cookie.js mode_security problem

Hello mode_security is enabled but blocks jquery.cookie.js file due to have cookie on url rule, please help how can we fix it? Regards

  Hello :) What version of cPanel is installed on your system? Note that you can determine the specific rule that's triggered by reviewing /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log for the time it occurred and disable individual rule numbers on a per-account basis.
