FTP permission errors - extra / in path
We're running into this issue with one of our cPanel based providers, so far they have no helpful info on what might be causing this and I've never seen this before.
When we make an FTP connection, the account path has an extra / in it:
/home/account//public_html/
While this doesn't seem to affect a desktop FTP client it kills scripted FTP solutions entirely.
Is this an indication the user homes have been symlinked or hardlinked on the server possibly?

Hello :) Are you accessing FTP with the account username or with a virtual FTP account that you created in cPanel? Thank you. 0
